Korean girl group LE SSERAFIM recently announced a surprise concert in Hong Kong in September. LE SSERAFIM member “Little Sakura” Miyawaki Sakura and Xu Yunzhen once publicly revealed their pre-debut exercise training methods during a live broadcast. The exercises were as follows: 100 jumping jacks, 100 burpees (25 reps per set, 4 sets in total), 20 ear-grabbing jumps, holding a plank for the duration of one song, 20 planks, 20 side planks with waist twists, and 75 sit-ups.

A complete set of continuous exercise training takes about 1.5 hours without rest, with a total of two sets per day.
