This chef-owned Sushi Saki is located in the Hilton Tower in Tsim Sha Tsui. Due to its prime location, the restaurant is able to offer high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. With its innovative dining concept, the menu features seasonal and fresh ingredients.
晚餐提供不同价位的主厨选单,其中的 HK$2,088 选单需提前预订,其厨师发办菜单相当丰富,包括前菜,酢物,漬物,蒸物,刺身,握寿司,烧物,吸物,而充满传统和风的摆盘亦 IG-able。师傅更直言如果客人不够饱,会额外制作而不另收费!
三品前菜中的蟹膏豆腐配以酢物和漬物,清新开胃,而刺身有日本北海道的活帆立贝、活赤贝等,盛于淡粉红色喜马拉雅山盐板之上,以盐板的咸味突出刺身鲜味,更可食到原只海胆,每啖都相当满足!
Half-cooked cicada prawns are equally fresh and sweet, drizzled with a special sauce made from fragrant shrimp paste. The dismantled Japanese hairy crab is paired with rich crab paste and dipped in a special crab vinegar with a hint of sweet orange fragrance, enhancing the fullness of the meat.
至于传统Omakase必备的握寿司,就以新潟越光米配合北海道七星米,再加上三种寿司醋制作寿司酢饭,配上樱鳟、吞拿鱼珍贵部位“脑天”、车海老、北海道根室直送的海胆等新鲜食材。即使是茶碗蒸也有心思,特别用上松茸及瑶柱作为高汤,同时尝到蛋香和松茸香味!喜欢Omakase的你不妨Bookmark这间店!
