The latest opening of the YAN Japanese BBQ restaurant in Causeway Bay specializes in table-side BBQ where guests don’t have to cook themselves. The chef will cook each dish in front of you. The restaurant has a strong flame theme with an open bar counter and a special mist fire installation that is very eye-catching. It creates the illusion of a roaring fire, even before you start eating, the atmosphere is already lively!

这个很过瘾的烟雾装置,还可以变成七彩色,店员会在上不同菜式时改变灯光,只是拿来打卡拍照,就足够赚赞又霸气。

When it comes to food, the restaurant specializes in set lunch starting from $380 and set dinner starting from $780. There are two options available, even for the highest-priced dinner Set B, the cost performance is very high. It includes 13 dishes that are very rich, including appetizers, sashimi, abalone jelly cake, and foie gras chawanmushi.

烧肉当然是戏肉部分,用的是岩手县黑毛和牛。日本东北部盛产威士忌,当地牧场兴会用威士忌粕、淀粉等混入饲料,所以又有威士忌牛之称,和牛食起来脂香味特别浓郁。

The first charcoal-grilled beef tongue is full of surprises. After lightly searing the surface of the beef tongue, place charcoal on top of the surface and cover it with a glass dome. The beef tongue is smooth and tender, with a combination of oil fragrance and charcoal aroma.

其他烧肉菜式都做得出色,好似紫苏二重烧牛肉卷、寿喜汁和牛肉眼薄烧等。钟情蒜味嘅朋友,见到炭烧和牛柳粒应该会好开心,是关佢係配咗烧原球蒜头、炸蒜片再加日本玉子盐腌,好食!

烤肉后,可以选择搭配米饭或面条,我会选择前者。使用日本梦美人米饭,配上天妇罗碎、洋葱、和牛他他和日本蛋黄,基本上吃完都会感到饱足。最后还有甜点,整顿餐都很有趣又满足!
