Tsim Sha Tsui alfresco garden signature restaurant collaborates on a new menu! Order and grill yakitori/desserts for check-in.

Stella Kappo, a Tsim Sha Tsui Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant with an outdoor garden terrace, has new creations! Chef Okuma Hiroshi and local chef Manson have teamed up to create a brand new fusion menu. For a more indulgent experience, you can also try the eight-course dinner menu starting at HK$898!

Start with exquisite appetizers, including Hokkaido scallops with tangerine and edamame, smoked eel with goat cheese and beetroot, and wagyu tartare with caviar and seaweed rice, beautifully presented and refreshing in taste! For the main course, there is bluefin tuna belly with salmon roe and black truffle toast, or you can upgrade to Hokkaido sea urchin with salmon roe and black truffle toast for an extra cost, sweet and rich!

Cod with caviar and kale combined with savory and sweet desserts, while whole red shrimp with sea buckthorn and avocado uses more shrimp paste from Argentine red shrimp, Japanese A5 wagyu with miso daikon and Akigawa corn uses Kumamoto or Kagoshima prefecture A5 wagyu beef eye, melts in your mouth!

The anticipated “Four Little Sweet Desserts” include Lemon Italian Ricotta Cheese Cookies, Japanese Tanba Black Bean Custard Tarts, Tiramisu Profiteroles, and Chestnut Crepe Suzette, as well as Fuji Apple Miso Filled Cakes, sweet but not greasy!

In addition, if you like yakitori, you can also try the grilled chicken thigh, chicken neck, Spanish green pepper, etc., grilled to order with our homemade Tare sauce, full of Japanese flavor! A recommended dish is the “Gokugyoku Sauce Grilled”, where Spanish Iberico pork slices wrap around a Japanese molten egg, and when cut open, a rich egg yolk flows out!
