In addition to visiting trendy cafes in Sham Shui Po, you can also go to the newly opened hot pot restaurant “Bino N’ Booze” for a hot pot experience! The new restaurant has two floors and is decorated in a nostalgic orange and green color scheme, showcasing the blend of old and new in the neighborhood.
First, let’s talk about the four main types of soup bases in the store, including “Red Wine Tomato Oxtail Hot Pot”, “Sake-Infused Seafood Hot Pot”, “Hua Diao Medicinal (Tendon/Chicken) Hot Pot”, and “Beer Pepper Pork Stomach Chicken Hot Pot”. These soup bases are simmered for several hours to blend the flavors of different ingredients with the aroma of alcohol!
In terms of hot pot ingredients, we recommend two handmade dumplings. The “Black Truffle Abalone Dumpling” uses fresh whole abalone that is tender and chewy, while also emitting the fragrance of truffles. The other one, “Self-created Drunken Chicken Dumpling,” has a tender filling and follows the concept of traditional xiaolongbao by retaining the soup inside the dumpling.
There are also a variety of high-quality hand-cut beef options, with a focus on local Wagyu beef. The ratio of meat to marbling is perfect, resulting in a rich and tender flavor with a smooth texture. In addition to hot pot, there are also desserts such as red sugar rice cakes, specialty shaved ice, and homemade pomelo sorbet to enjoy!
