New Italian restaurant in Soho, Central! Rich seafood soup/daily freshly made handmade pasta/authentic Tiramisu.

Central Soho’s new Italian restaurant, Filo Cibo e Vino, brings authentic Italian dishes to the table, with a menu that includes a variety of shareable appetizers, handmade pasta, meat and seafood mains, and desserts.

The “Culatello di Zibello” dry-cured ham, known as the “king of Italian ham,” is a melt-in-your-mouth appetizer that has been aged for over 21 months. The “Italian-style roasted pork belly” has a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat, served with mashed potatoes and mustard fruit. Seafood lovers can try the “traditional Tuscan seafood chowder,” made with Sicilian red prawns, mussels, sea bass, octopus, and squid, creating a rich and flavorful soup.

Filo’s pasta is freshly made by chef Filippo in the restaurant every day. The handmade pasta is rich in egg flavor and has a chewy texture. Styles include “Italian pumpkin herb hazelnut tortellini” and “Sicilian red shrimp tomato pasta”. The signature dish is also the “Italian red wine braised beef”, which is cooked with Italian Barolo wine for about 3 hours, resulting in tender and flavorful meat. Finally, you can choose to end the meal with the “authentic Italian cheese cake Tiramisu” and “white chocolate Italian panna cotta” made from Filippo’s family recipe.
