This new Omakase restaurant “Mountain” with a theme of mountains and forests, is designed with natural light and a minimalist artistic style. The ingredients are carefully selected, and even the presentation is full of surprises. The menu offers six themed Omakase options, namely “Mountain Omakase” and themed options with different ingredients such as crab, wagyu beef, seafood, fish, and chicken. “Mountain Omakase” ($1,688) consists of ten exquisite dishes, including a Japanese sea urchin platter with five different origins of sea urchin, including Miyagi, Iwate, Hamanaka-cho, Nemuro, etc. Each serving is accompanied by fresh ingredients such as salmon roe and caviar, enhancing the freshness of the sea urchin.
