New water-themed café with creative seafood dishes! Deep-fried angel hair pasta with prawns/crab meat cheese with fried wonton skin/Mid-Autumn Festival limited edition special drink.

The new café brand Creo by Brentwood, established in 2022, officially opened its second branch in Kennedy Town following the Kowloon Bay store. The brand decided to use the five elements as the theme when opening its first coffee shop, with “wood” as the theme for the Kowloon Bay store and “water” as the theme for the Kennedy Town store.

New Store also collaborated with Hong Kong artist Zoie Lam to paint trams, Sai Wan Estate, Kennedy Town waterfront, etc. in blue tones on the interior and exterior walls of the store. The vessels were designed in collaboration with “Clay Dust Memory,” featuring three different shades of blue cups with a textured feel, bringing the continuous wave sensation to the coffee cups.

The new food menu is also connected to the sea, with a wide variety of snacks, main dishes, desserts, and other categories featuring many seafood dishes. The “Crab Meat with Cream Cheese Sauce and Fried Wonton Skin” (HK$98) has crab meat and water chestnut in a creamy cheese sauce, served with crispy fried wonton skin for a fresh crab flavor and a crunchy texture. The “Spicy Tomato Seafood Fried Angel Hair Pasta” (HK$118) gives a twist to pasta by frying it into a crispy noodle cake, topped with flavorful spicy tomato sauce, offering a rich and layered texture and taste.

“The crab meat salted egg yolk pasta” (HK$108) is seasoned with salty egg yolk, allowing you to taste the freshness of the crab meat, accompanied by a deep-fried poached egg, rich and flavorful. The “seafood sandwich” (HK$108) is filled with a generous amount of shrimp on buttered bread, mixed with mayo and herbs, very fragrant.

In terms of beverages, in addition to coffee and common matcha and roasted tea, there is a more unique “brown rice tea with milk” (HK$48), which has a color similar to matcha but leaning towards dark green, with a richer rice fragrance. There is also a limited special drink for the Mid-Autumn Festival, “Guiyue・Mu” (HK$58/HK$62), a blend of osmanthus honey and coffee, topped with coconut slices and cotton candy, fragrant, sweet, and perfect for social media check-ins.

The coffee shop has a large glass window facing the street, where you can look at the stone walls and big trees of Kennedy Town, quietly spend an afternoon and enjoy a cup of coffee, very comfortable!
