Wan Chai French-Japanese Steakhouse seafood, beef themed weekend Brunch, with two hours of unlimited free-flow wine!

Located in Wan Chai QRE Plaza, the French-Japanese steakhouse BIFTECK recently launched a new “Fête du Bifteck” weekend brunch, with two themed options to choose from, including the beef-centric “Délice de Bifteck” and the seafood-infused “Délice de Fruits de Mer” brunch.

Délice de Bifteck includes four dishes made with different beef ingredients from around the world, including “American Prime Grade Beef Tartare with Caviar”, “A4 Wagyu Mini Burger with Wagyu Clear Soup, Wagyu Tempura, and Wagyu Sirloin Roll”. The main course allows you to taste three types of beef from different origins, breeds, and cuts, including Spanish grass-fed beef, Australian M7 Wagyu, and Korean beef. The Spanish beef is rich and tender, the Australian Wagyu has evenly distributed fat, and Korean beef is a local favorite known for its firm texture and strong beef flavor. Finally, there are selected desserts served in a wooden box, including “Pistachio Yuzu Profiterole”, “Black Sesame Ice Cream”, and “Milk Chocolate Cookie”.

Seafood lovers can opt for the “Délice de Fruits de Mer” brunch, featuring four courses of global seafood including “daily seafood tartare with salmon roe” and “Japanese red crab meat mini burger with lobster bisque and crab salad.” The main course includes “Boston lobster ravioli with bouillabaisse,” with the French bouillabaisse soup cooked with fresh mussels and clams, paired with Boston lobster meat-filled ravioli, full of freshness, and finally ending with a selection of desserts.

In addition to enjoying brunch, you can also choose to add an additional fee for two hours of unlimited designated French Chardonnay sparkling wine or peach sparkling wine, or choose from the wine selection on the menu.
