The new brand AN not only offers rich soy milk beverages, but also a variety of soy milk desserts! Founded by Vicky Lau, who was named Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2015, the brand has received high praise for her fine dining menu featuring tofu as the main theme, showcasing her French culinary skills in handling soy products. This led to the establishment of this new brand, dedicated to creating soy milk products.
The brand uses high-quality non-GMO soybeans, improves traditional bean grinding methods, and can extract soy milk with less water, creating a rich, smooth, and creamy texture.
Bottled soy milk temporarily available in 5 flavors ($15 and up), including original, almond, black sesame and coconut, pistachio, banana. Made with healthy low GI isomaltulose, the website also lists the sugar content for reference.
A series of desserts is also Vicky’s specialty. The soy milk caramel pudding ($32) is made by slow cooking, the pudding is silky smooth, and the Flan Parisien made with soy milk ($28) has a homemade flaky pastry that is fragrant and delicious! For something a bit more sinful, try the soy milk winter twist ($36), a winter twist made with brioche dough, filled with almond and soy milk cream, very creamy!
In addition, there are soy milk chocolate cookies and soy milk handmade soaps, a series of products available only until August 6, and only available on Thursdays to Saturdays. You can place orders on the Date by Tate website.
