Signature dishes include refreshing starters, such as the “Mauritian Tamarind, Mango and Pineapple Salad” sprinkled with chili salt, with a tangy and appetizing flavor. Additionally, there is the “Spicy Beef Salad” with seared Australian beef tenderloin, the “Salmon Crudo” drizzled with cheese and chili grapefruit juice, and the “Hawaiian Poke Tuna” served with instantly melting tuna.

Must-try signature main dishes include “Grilled Mahi Mahi,” which is grilled swordfish with coconut milk, chili oil, and fried scallions curry sauce, rich in flavor. Another highlight is the grilled “Lombok Baby Chicken,” 48-hour slow-cooked “Slow Cooked Beef Rib,” and the “Seychelles King Prawns” inspired by the pirate island nation of Seychelles, grilled after dipping the prawns in homemade masala spices, offering a unique taste.
