Located on the third floor of the M+ building, “Mosu Hong Kong” is designed by the architectural art team LAAB, with the concept of the intersection of technology and nature, and the decoration echoes the architectural features of the M+ building. The interior design uses many natural materials and installs advanced digital lighting systems to embellish the entire space with the rhythm of light and shadow. Here, you can also enjoy the beautiful views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline, while appreciating the scenery of the M+ rooftop garden, feeling comfortable.

In terms of food, the focus is on contemporary Korean cuisine, led by Executive Chef Sung Anh, who has won two Michelin stars for Mosu Seoul. The dishes are full of traditional Korean flavors, as well as the delicacy of French cuisine, inspired by his childhood memories, using simple burdock skin, salty and delicate seaweed, and radish water kimchi handmade by his mother and other traditional Korean local ingredients. In addition to traditional cooking techniques, molecular gastronomy is also used to interpret the dishes, boldly innovating while retaining the original flavors of the ingredients.

In addition to Korean cuisine, another unique restaurant “ADD+” can be found in the M+ building next to the art park waterfront promenade. Divided into spacious dining areas, a bar, and more, this restaurant, spanning over 10,000 square feet, ingeniously uses the “mirror trick” to design a wave-shaped glass curtain wall that reflects the Victoria Harbour scenery from multiple angles, visible from every corner of the restaurant. The skyline view changes with time, and the day and night beauty presented by this glass curtain wall brings a different atmosphere indoors.

ADD+ The “ADD” in “ADD” stands for “All Day Dining,” providing all-day dining in conjunction with M+’s opening hours, including nutritious breakfast, business lunches, afternoon tea, wine and snacks for happy hour, and hearty dinners. The following “+” represents a new and innovative dining concept, offering both Hong Kong classic snacks and innovative global cuisine. In addition to sitting down to savor the food slowly, those who want to quickly fill their stomachs and return to the exhibition hall to admire the artworks, or those who want to stroll around the nearby art park or West Kowloon Cultural District, can also grab light snacks from the restaurant’s specially designated Grab & Go takeaway area to meet the needs of different visitors.
