CENSU takes its name from the Japanese word “Sensu,” which represents the five senses in Japanese culture. In addition to the environmental design, the restaurant’s furnishings and tableware also embody a simple aesthetic. The ceramic bowls and plates used in the restaurant are warm in color, designed to exude a clean beauty, some of which are even crafted by head chef Shun’s skillful hands. In addition, Shun also specially invited the Japanese denim fashion brand WASHI to create a unique tapestry made of denim patchwork for the lobby, as well as charming denim coasters, showing the chef’s meticulous design of the entire dining experience.
