Curate top-quality tea leaves from around the world

There are many types of “tea”, each with its own delicate aroma. Tea Research has selected 6 teas from tea gardens around the world, including the ceremonial grade matcha “Japanese Uji Thin Tea” made from Uji green tea leaves, the deeply fermented “Taiwan Sunset Red”, the “Darjeeling First Flush” from tea gardens near the Himalayas, the “Sri Lanka Ceylon Silver Bullet Black Tea” with a strong and full malt flavor, the “Yunnan Moonlight White” with antioxidant and detoxifying effects, and the “Chamomile” with a slight analgesic effect that can also reduce stress and relieve inflammation.

Latte with specialty tea made with plant-based milk

The special tea drinks made with other ingredients are also highly anticipated, including the “Tea Latte” that many girls love! Tea Research’s four signature hot tea lattes are made with Rude Health’s 100% plant-based oat milk and almond milk, making them suitable for vegetarians as well! A must-try is the “Pu’er Latte”, made with freshly extracted intense Pu’er from Yunnan, paired with natural organic plant milk, cocoa powder, tangerine peel, and gold foil, with a rich aroma and a smooth and delicate taste. Another recommended option is the “Tie Guan Yin Latte”, made with semi-fermented Tie Guan Yin tea selected from Fujian, with a long-lasting rich tea aroma, paired with smooth organic plant milk, Tie Guan Yin tea powder, and edible silver foil as decoration, offering a refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness.

Home-brewed cold brew tea

In addition to hot tea lattes, there are also refreshing and easy-to-drink cold-brewed teas. The flagship “Botanist” features Chaozhou Phoenix Dancong tea as the base, with added red dates, longan syrup, and flower ice cubes for decoration. When served, homemade Da Ji Ling spring-picked tea honey is added to bring a clear and elegant taste. Another cold-brewed tea, “A Tree of Pear Blossoms,” selects fresh pear puree and Taiwanese Jin Xuan tea, with added homemade osmanthus syrup and butterfly pea flower tea, offering a fresh and delightful taste. The dreamy blue color scheme of the drink is also very unique.

Vegetarian menu with organic and plant-based ingredients

The various premium teas at Tea Research Institute come from different regions, and the vegetarian menu for tea pairing is also inspired by different tea-producing regions, using organic and plant-based ingredients. The dishes are overseen by Executive Chef Atisha Kumar. For all-day breakfast, options include the “Indian Egg Pancake” made with goat cheese, sautéed onions, organic eggs, coriander, and chili, as well as the “Homemade Beetroot Pancake” made with Greek yogurt, candied bananas, pistachios, coconut flakes, honeycomb, and Darjeeling tea syrup.

The main dishes include nutritionally rich “Matcha Miso Soba Noodles” with chili corn, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and tea-infused egg, as well as “Vegetarian Dan Dan Noodles” made with mushrooms, Sichuan chili, perilla leaves, and peanut sauce, and the “Middle Eastern Vegetarian Platter” made with plant-based meat, chickpea puree, roasted chili, and toast.

Baking delicacies to embellish the afternoon.

Desserts are, of course, the perfect match for tea. Tea Research brings “Homemade English Scones” in both sweet and savory flavors. The sweet scones are mainly made with dried fruits, while the savory scones are made with fresh vegetables, paired with Earl Grey tea jam or tomato sweet and sour sauce. In addition, there are “Basque Cheesecakes” in Earl Grey tea, roasted tea, and matcha flavors, as well as avocado chocolate, gluten-free almond orange, cheesecake banana, and carrot cake flavors of “Butter Cakes”, capturing the hearts of dessert lovers! After enjoying delicious desserts, a cup of fragrant tea will surely make the afternoon even more pleasant!
