大多数人习惯醒来后空腹喝咖啡,研究表明,咖啡的苦味可能会刺激胃酸的产生,引起胃部不适、胃酸倒流和消化不良的反应,所以最好避免空腹喝咖啡。而且空腹喝咖啡可能会增加皮质醇的水平。身体若长期分泌过量皮质醇,会影响人体新陈代谢、血压和血糖水平的调节。
//每天可以喝多少杯咖啡?//
根据美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)指引,建议健康的成年人每天摄取400毫克咖啡因。假设你每日饮两杯美式咖啡,就会摄取过多咖啡因,可能会导致手颤、头晕、头痛、心跳加速等症状,所以要注意饮用份量。

不少女性朋友都有运动前饮咖啡的习惯,认为可以提高代谢率,加速瘦身效果。事实上,咖啡含有咖啡因,是一种可以增强大脑功能和促进新陈代谢的兴奋剂,但暂时未有研究证实可以达致消脂的效果。而且每一种咖啡都含有不同的热量,若果不小心选择高热量咖啡,随时有可能减肥变增肥。
Among these 5 types of coffee, Mocha has the highest calorie content, containing 576 calories, which is roughly equivalent to 2 fried chicken thighs with skin, the calorie content is quite astonishing. Some coffee shops may add high-fat ingredients such as whipped cream to make the coffee drink smoother, unknowingly causing us to consume more calories.
