Many Hong Kong people have round faces and appear overweight due to irregular eating habits and busy work schedules. In order to address this issue, Japanese YouTuber “トレぴな” shared a 3-minute daily facial slimming exercise routine that can help with blood circulation, detoxification, and effectively slim down the face in a short amount of time.

Turn your neck

Action 1: Rotate the neck

Before starting exercise, do some simple warm-up exercises. Sit comfortably on the ground with your legs crossed, move your neck around, rotate clockwise 3 times, then counterclockwise 3 times. Remember not to make the movements too big to avoid injuring yourself.

Turn your shoulders

Action 2: Rotate Shoulders

Before starting the exercise, I officially started the face slimming exercise. First, place both hands on the shoulders and rotate them forward and backward about 6 times each. This set of movements can relax the shoulders and trapezius muscles, and stretching the shoulder joints through the exercise can help promote circulation.

Stretch your neck left and right

Exercise 3: Stretching Neck from Side to Side

After stretching the shoulders, it’s time for the neck. First, place your right hand on the left ear, use your right hand to press the head to the right side, remember to keep your back as straight as possible, and place your left hand on the lower back, hold for about 10 seconds. Then, do the same on the other side, repeat the movement twice. This set of movements can stretch the muscles on both sides of the neck and promote blood circulation.

The next movement is to rotate the ears, hold the earlobes with both hands, and twist the ear beads at the same time. Twist 6 times forward and 6 times backward. This usually stimulates the skin around the face and helps with blood circulation.

To achieve an effective slimming effect on the face, this movement is key. Start by using your right hand to press down from the left side of the neck, repeatedly pressing the left side of the neck to the shoulder 3 times. Repeat the same movement on the other side 3 times as well. This effectively improves neck extension issues, thereby reducing double chin and making the face appear slimmer.

Start by placing your right hand under the left collarbone, turn your head significantly to the right, tilt it upwards to the right while exhaling, you should feel a stretching sensation in the left shoulder and neck. Then look up and slowly look down, repeat this 3 times. Repeat the same process on the other side for 3 times.

Cross your hands behind your back, supporting the back of your neck while breathing, then tilt your head back and hold for 10 seconds, then forward and hold for another 10 seconds. You should feel a stretching sensation in your shoulders and neck, which can help relax your neck.

Intense shoulder and neck activities

Action 8: Extensively move the shoulders and neck

For the last set, first move your neck joints, then tilt your head back, press to the left, press down, and finally press to the right, repeating 3 times.
