香港首家引入火山排骨的人气泰菜店「Milu Thai มิลู่ไทย」,最近于尖沙咀开新分店,店内墙身满布由泰国画家设计的海洋涂鸦,更设户外花房露台区域可以打卡。
Bangkok Night Market’s popular dish “Thai-style Volcano Pork Bone” has always been the signature dish of Milu Thai. The new Tsim Sha Tsui branch has specially introduced a new “Sweet and Sour Sauce Thai-style Volcano Pork Bone”. The tender and boneless pork neck bones are cooked in a secret broth until flavorful, then layered into a giant volcano and topped with a sweet and sour sauce. It’s a large portion that is satisfying and appetizing! In addition, there is also the original Volcano Spare Ribs, topped with the classic spicy and sour sauce, preserving the traditional Thai flavor!
“Flaming Roast Chicken” is also a signature dish. Before serving, maltose is brushed on the chicken skin, and then it is ignited with Fenjiu to create a flaming effect, adding a layer of charred fragrance to the chicken skin. The “Curry Trio” includes fragrant green curry paired with crispy soft-shell crab; spicy red curry with fresh mussels, prawns, squid, and rich yellow curry with scallops and asparagus, served with crispy garlic bread crumbs.
食地道泰式美食当然不能缺少冬阴功汤,而 Milu Thai 的「大头虾冬阴功汤」用上香茅、南姜、柠檬叶、草菇、香菜、鲜柠檬等香料,加上椰奶及花奶调制出独特酸辣汤底,再加入新鲜大头虾一同熬制,带出鲜味。
“Explosive Stir-Fried Crab” is cooked with various spices to create tender and juicy crab meat. It is stir-fried with cooking wine over high heat, resulting in a flavorful and spicy dish. “Lime Spicy Ming Stove Blackfish” has tender fish meat, combined with chewy vermicelli and a soup made from lime and a variety of Thai spices. It is sour and spicy, making it appetizing.
另外还有包括自家手打虾饼、鱼饼、香脆春卷、香叶包鸡的“小食拼盘”,以及用上秘制酱料的“泰式串烧”等,选择丰富!
