灣仔明治風餐廳全新打卡菜式!新口味蛋包飯/足料明太子意粉/抹茶甜品

位于湾仔茂萝街的餐厅Maison Meiji,坐落在一座有百年历史的建筑内。这里既有宽敞的榻榻米座位,也有古色古香的红砖墙、露台、马赛克地砖、法式窗户、木楼梯等等。加上棗红和墨绿色调,就像明治时代的大宅一样装饰,吸引了许多人来打卡!

Maison Meiji主打和洋料理,近日更推出新菜式,包括全新口味的蛋包饭,以牛油煲煮日本珍珠米制作牛油饭,配上以3至4只日本蛋炒成的滑蛋,滋味浓郁!全新酱汁就有两款,其中的「番茄龙虾汁」以龙虾虾头、虾壳、番茄粒、鳀鱼熬煮3个小时而成,可分别配以煎龙虾、煎大虾或唐揚炸鸡。

Another new sauce is “Seafood Cream Sauce”, which sautés seafood such as shrimp, squid rings, and clams with garlic butter until fragrant, then adds cream and fresh milk to cook until thick. It can also be served with jumbo prawns or fried chicken.

“Signature Wellington Beef Fillet with Asparagus” is specially prepared with spinach instead of ham, making the dish lighter. The beef fillet is lightly seared, then wrapped in layers of puff pastry, French mustard seed sauce, and spinach, and baked until fragrant. The outer layer is crispy, and the beef is tender and juicy. It is served with homemade Madeira sauce to balance the flavor of the Wellington beef fillet.

Maison Meiji 新餐牌中的「福冈明太子意粉」也与市面上吃到的不一样,整道意粉使用超过130克明太子搭配牛油,迅速拌入煮好的意粉,再放上火炙过的原颗明太子,份量十足,洋溢明太子咸鲜味!

最后有全新甜品「抹茶蒙布朗」,即席于咖啡吧唧上满满抹茶蓉,内层有双层日本castella蛋糕及红豆馅,顶部放上炙过的糖渍栗子,卖相IG-able!
