最近我在尖东发现了一家高质量的泰式餐厅“泰沾面 Asura”！一进门就看到了一幅大型壁画，非常吸引人，再加上黑白色的地砖、灰色的砖墙和泰式风格的摆设，装修简约而个性十足。
泰泡面店主阿Ken曾在米其林级餐厅学厨，加上自己在曼谷长大，对泰国菜非常讲究。除了将地道的泰国菜味道带到香港，还将香港人的口味融入到多种菜式中。
The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, including the must-try “Signature Thai Zha Noodles”. It uses Thai rice noodles with a rich sauce, topped with pickled mustard greens and fried Chinese cabbage. It can be enjoyed with either red curry or green curry, which adds a flavorful touch. The curry also includes Hong Kong-style classic snacks such as pig’s blood and fish balls!
“Asura’s Curry Stir-Fried Crab” is also a must-try dish. The curry is specially cooked with duck eggs, giving it a fragrant aroma and a rich flavor that doesn’t overpower the original freshness of the crab meat. Since this dish is only available for a limited quantity each day, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance if you want to try it!
其他小食或菜式都有惊喜，例如「泰式香煎带子」沾上自制酱汁及香料，可以提鲜同时增加味道层次，卖相亦 IG-able，而「泰式椒盐鲍鱼」亦风味一流！
最后别忘了品尝甜品“芒果糯米饭”，可以吃到芒果的鲜甜和椰香，而糯米饭的口感烟韧，令人垂涎欲滴！
