The resident teppanyaki chef comes from a high-end teppanyaki restaurant. The chef is highly skilled in preparing dishes, and the ingredients used are of high quality, such as Western Australian lobster and A4 Miyazaki beef. What’s even more rare is that the dishes are innovative, incorporating new techniques into traditional teppanyaki, making the taste even more elevated and the process more interesting.
像A4宮崎和牛,於鐵板上火炙過後,放上已預先燒紅嘅備長炭,再於炭上撒上日本茶葉,蓋上蓋子達至煙燻效果。另一道匈牙利鵝肝,於鐵板上放置櫻花木,將肥美鵝肝煙燻,獨特香郁嘅木香平衡了鵝肝油膩感。喜歡吃牛肉嘅話仲有關西風和牛壽喜燒,於鐵板撒上砂糖再鋪上大片薄身和牛,有焦糖化嘅甜郁味道。
海鲜类别有南非鲍鱼、鲈鱼等,餐厅花心思自家熬煮各款口味的酱汁去配搭,整个体验不只是解日本乡愁,亦可感受到餐厅及厨师的诚意。
餐厅备有午市及晚市套餐,午市八道菜 $298 起就可以浅尝铁板烧滋味,晚市套餐 $1288 起,A4宫崎和牛及和牛寿喜烧可于套餐追加,各款选择丰俭由人。
