New Central Store in Central, featuring direct delivery of “Oda Beef” from Kagoshima! 11-course Omakase menu, a must-try charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef, and Sirloin Sukiyaki.

For those of you who love to eat high-quality Wagyu cuisine and appreciate fine dining, in addition to yakiniku and shabu-shabu, you can try the Omakase at the new Central restaurant “Wagyu Kappo ODA”. With Mr. Tomitani, a Japanese executive chef with over 18 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, stationed there, the restaurant also has counter seats where you can closely observe the chef preparing a variety of delicious Wagyu Kappo dishes in the open kitchen!

Wagyu Kappo ODA uses Japan’s top black-haired Wagyu “Oda beef” throughout the store, which is produced by the “Oda Livestock” farm in Kagoshima. The marbling is even, the meat is tender and rich in flavor! The evening Omakase (HK$1,480) also features Kagoshima’s “Oda beef” as the main theme, with a total of 11 dishes to taste rare cuts of Wagyu, paired with special seasoning sauces to bring out a unique flavor!

First, try the “Kodawari Beef Concentrated Clear Soup”, which is rich in flavor and appetizing! Then, you can taste the tender texture and fresh beef flavor of the “Charcoal-Grilled Wagyu Beef” and “Charcoal-Grilled Kodawari Beef Fillet Steak”. The “Kodawari Beef Wagyu Sushi” is paired with sea urchin, bringing out a sweet taste!
