Tsim Sha Tsui LUMA x Michelin Chef Collaboration Menu! Super fresh abalone slices / lobster spring rolls / Australian wagyu beef short ribs

There are many popular restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui, and LUMA, located in the main building of 1881 Heritage, is one of them. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and feels elegant and comfortable. Recently, the restaurant has collaborated with Michelin two-star chef Chef Bjoern Alexander Panek to launch a new limited tasting menu, allowing guests to enjoy both delicious food and live music performances. It’s a feast for the senses!

LUMA

The tasting menu offers premium wagyu beef and seasonal seafood dishes, with the option of a six-course (HK$980 per person) or eight-course (HK$1,380 per person) meal. Start with two appetizers: raw beef salad tart with chestnut chips and crispy silver fish with beef tendon. The former is tender and smooth, while the latter is fried to a crispy texture. Dip it in the silver fish cream sauce for a spicy kick that whets the appetite!
