LMO Freshly Baked has opened a pop-up store at Landmark Atrium, bringing the Spanish classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake series created by Richard Ekkebus, Culinary Director of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, and Carles Codina, Executive Pastry Chef.
The cake is made fresh daily, with careful attention to baking time and temperature, creating a soft and smooth molten texture. It is also flavored with locally sourced organic longan honey for a natural taste.
