Rare Giant 500g Burrata Heart-Melting Buffalo Cheese! Italian Chef Handcrafts Cheese Thin Crust Pizza/Pasta Daily

Cielos Cafe & Bar

Discover the giant molten cheese! Cielos Cafe & Bar’s Italian chef freshly makes burrata every day, which is actually made from Mozzarella on the outside, wrapped in soft and smooth creamy shredded cheese Stracciatella. During the production process, the top is sealed with a rope, so the whole Burrata looks like a bag. When you enjoy it, the cheese flows out when you cut it open, with a light and creamy texture and a rich milky fragrance. Just eating burrata is already very flavorful!

Cielos Café & Bar’s chef at the Happy Valley Italian Tavern has also made a giant version of their homemade daily fresh Burrata, called the Mega Burrata ($288), which weighs a whopping 500 grams, three to four times larger than the usual size! The giant version is limited to ten pieces per day and is available for dine-in or takeout. Due to its daily fresh production without preservatives, it has a shelf life of only two days.

The chef also prepares various dishes using Italian ingredients to create Burrata. The traditional Roman thin crust pizza ($138) is topped with tomato sauce, Stracciatella cream cheese, and a whole Burrata. The pizza base is imported directly from Italy to Hong Kong, with a thin and crispy crust that is fragrant and delicious.

Desserts include authentic Italian Tiramisu ($68) and Torta Della Nonna ($48) topped with pine nuts, with the head chef using his grandmother’s recipe to preserve the traditional flavors. Of course, a tavern wouldn’t be complete without cocktails, and the truffle-infused cocktails are particularly aromatic, perfectly complementing the cheese dishes.
