The dishes are based on fresh ingredients imported directly from Japan to the store every day, and are prepared on the spot by the chef. The “Crab Feast” with 14 dishes (HK$2,380 per person, minimum of six people) includes Matsuba crab from Shimane Prefecture, Kani crab from Hokkaido, Red King crab, and Hairy crab, all of which are delicious and sweet. There is also the rich and creamy Taraba crab. The rice dish is made with Niigata’s Uonuma Koshihikari rice, and the fragrance of the rice complements the delicious flavor of the crab. It is further enhanced by the local Yan Chai crab, which is rich in crab roe, and is used to garnish the delicious Matsuba crab from Japan.

Another popular dish, “Colorful Abalone Feast” (HK$2,380 per person, minimum of two persons), consists of 17 dishes. The sashimi dishes include tender and chewy red abalone, as well as sweet and crispy Hokkaido scallops, which are best enjoyed with a dip of lemon and bamboo charcoal salt. The Hokkaido geoduck is served with Tosa gel, while the plump and juicy flat abalone is grilled with soy sauce, resulting in a delicate and tender texture. The pot-roasted turban shell locks in the savory and briny flavor of the snail meat. Other sushi options include Hokkigai and Aoyagi, offering endless freshness.
