Kowloon Shangri-La’s Italian restaurant, Angelini, offers a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and features modern and elegant decor that is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The restaurant has recently introduced a new à la carte menu.

The delicacies include raw tuna with foie gras, black truffle, fried celery balls, and horseradish sauce, offering a rich and layered texture. The Italian-style air-dried venison slices with peach jelly, arugula, buffalo cheese, and walnuts bring a refreshing flavor. The homemade lobster spaghetti is cooked in tomato sauce, with a rich taste and fresh Canadian lobster meat.

There is also slow-cooked black cod with three styles of cooked spinach, crispy garlic slices, and aged pork jowl, as well as slow-cooked Australian lamb saddle with herb-infused Italian cucumber, cherry tomato lantern pepper, and black garlic rosemary roasted potatoes.

The eagerly anticipated new dessert menu includes chef’s special Italian mascarpone cheese with mixed berry sauce, signature homemade Italian cheese cake, alloy joy flower cake with vanilla ice cream, and homemade lemon custard sauce.
