The coffee shop N.O.T. has just moved to a new location within the YOHO Mall Phase 1. In addition to serving NUTMAD’s popular carbonara and other dishes, they also have two exclusive styles available only at this location.

NUTMAD’s menu here is highly curated, featuring exclusive dishes only available at the Causeway Bay location. This includes NUTMAD’s signature French Toast, which is made using a special recipe developed by our master chef. The bread is made with a carefully adjusted ratio of oil, water, and fermentation time, allowing it to absorb the egg mixture evenly. The bread is soaked in Japanese Ranou eggs overnight, resulting in a vibrant orange color when sliced open. It is then pan-fried and baked, creating a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior. The texture is perfectly balanced, not overly juicy or moist. It is served with locally sourced pure honey and homemade Thai lemongrass coconut sugar butter, adding a sweet and fragrant touch without being too heavy. The French Toast is served in a half portion, making it an ideal dessert after a meal.

Another limited dish is “The Fish” ($150), where the salmon is slow-cooked in broth until tender and served with a refreshing herb sauce, fennel, and tomato salad.

And Carbone has always been a signature dish at NUTMAD, “Piggy Carbonara Smoked Pig Carbonara” ($110), the sauce does not use cream, only Lan Wang eggs and goat milk cheese are used to make fresh egg sauce, paired with maple syrup fried smoked bacon, crispy cheese slices, the taste and texture of cheese and meat are enhanced. Coffee, drinks, and various desserts such as banana cake, roll cake, and pancakes can be found at N.O.T. next door.
