The latest Korean barbecue restaurant in Central offers top-grade Korean beef! Japanese Miyazaki wagyu/American USDA with truffle/caviar.

The most important thing about Korean barbecue is to eat delicious beef! Located in the heart of Yun Hui Street, Central, JJJ offers top-quality beef from Japan, Korea, and the United States. As soon as you step into the restaurant, you will see the dry-aged beef in the dry aging cabinet. The beef selection includes the highest grade of Korean beef, 1++ Hanwoo (starting from $850/180g), Japanese A4 Miyazaki Wagyu (starting from $600/180g), and American USDA Prime Grade beef (starting from $210/180g).

If you have difficulty choosing, you can choose the JJJ Premium Butcher’s Cuts for $580, which includes four types of beef, including 45-day dry-aged USDA Ribeye Steak; or the JJJ Deluxe Butcher’s Cuts for $880, which also includes four types of beef, including 1++ Korean Ribeye Steak.

Restaurants other than yakiniku have specially introduced three types of caviar from France’s Kaviari, as well as whole black truffles. Guests can add them to the beef for an even more luxurious taste.

The menu includes salads, appetizers, desserts, etc. The starter, Beef Tartare ($230), is made with USDA prime beef, mixed with white truffle oil, freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, and Japanese egg yolk, resulting in a juicy and rich flavor. The recommended main dish is Bibimbap ($480), where rice is stir-fried in beef broth and mixed with white truffle oil. At the table, fragrant beef bone marrow is poured over the rice, ensuring each bite is filled with the aroma of beef fat. Served in a cast iron pot, it also has crispy rice at the bottom.

The restaurant is also a bar, offering a variety of specialty cocktails, creating a lively atmosphere in Central.
