Wan Chai French Japanese Restaurant introduces new winter dishes! Japanese red crab meat udon / abalone with French barley rice and black truffle / tea-flavored dessert.

BIFTECK in Wan Chai recently launched over 20 new à la carte dishes, with a highlight being the “Duo of Steaks” featuring tender and flavorful American sirloin paired with a juicy beef short rib, complemented by the fragrant and delicate porcini foam. The Japanese-inspired dish “Udon with Red Crab Meat and Yuzu Pepper Sauce” offers a fresh and sweet flavor.

The dessert “Strawberry Garden” is based on homemade strawberry and perilla sorbet, paired with a cream cheese cone made with green apple and pistachio, refreshing and not too heavy. The “Japanese Matcha Moss Ball” is full of tea fragrance.

There are many options for a rich Christmas feast, and BIFTECK offers a 7-course dinner called “Bonne Fête à BIFTECK” on designated days. The “appetizers” include beef tartare topped with precious caviar and served with soft bread, as well as “crispy rolls with cream cheese and citrus jelly” made with red shrimp and sweet shrimp. Next, there is “grilled Japanese squid with salmon roe and pickled sea urchin sauce,” highlighting the tender texture of the squid with pickled vegetables.

Recommended main course “Abalone French Pearl Rice with Black Truffle”, where the rice absorbs the freshness of the abalone and is enhanced with freshly shaved black truffle, elevating the taste. For the main dish, there is the crispy on the outside and tender on the inside “Japanese Beltfish Tempura”, and another dish “Japanese A5 Wagyu and American Wagyu” where you can taste the flavors of different types of beef at once.
