Blue Bottle Coffee collaborates with Yang Wenwei’s own brand to create a coffee community! Limited edition collaborative products/jam workshop.

Environmental protection starts from the details of daily life, and as urbanites, the “coffee” that we can’t live without every day can be turned into fertilizer to promote environmental protection. Recently, Blue Bottle Coffee and high jumper Yang Wenwei’s Aim Higher Club launched a collaborative project called “Zero Waste Coffee Community,” recycling the leftover coffee grounds from their stores every day, processing them, and then sending them to local farms to be used as fertilizer, growing ingredients for future menu items.

In addition to creating a “coffee cooperative community,” Blue Bottle Coffee also collaborates with different units to bring experiential activities, including the “Coffee Grounds Recycling Campaign” where coffee grounds are recycled and processed by Lab0ver and sent directly to farms, the “Planting Workshop” where participants physically engage in planting at local farms, and the “Zero Leftover Jam Workshop” where fresh locally grown dragon fruit is made into jam, allowing the public to experience the concept of Zero Waste.

In addition, Blue Bottle Coffee has also launched the “Seed to Table” Yogurt Bowl in all its stores, adding hibiscus and lemon to the dragon fruit sauce, and using locally sourced fruits, paired with tangy yogurt for a fresh taste.

The brand has also collaborated with Aim Higher Club to launch limited edition co-branded T-shirts and water bottles starting from November 28, along with a bottle of dragon fruit jam made by pioneer farmers to support local farmers.
