Mong Kok’s newly opened nostalgic park playground decorates dessert shop! Coffee double skin milk pudding/spicy chocolate waffle

In the Mong Kok area, there are many delicious foods, and there will be a new trendy dessert and snack shop “Bite by Bite” opening soon! The dessert shop is two stories high, decorated in a stylish and artistic style, incorporating elements of Hong Kong’s nostalgic park playground, such as lamp fixtures in the shape of a slide, square walls inspired by the “monkey bars,” and dining tables shaped like a carousel.

Bite by Bite specializes in a series of authentic desserts, featuring the “made-to-order” tofu pudding. The staff will instantly pour soy milk into a mixture of gypsum powder and raw starch water, creating the “Tang Alley Tofu Pudding.” Afterwards, you can choose from three types of syrup: osmanthus rock sugar, brown sugar ginger oat, or fragrant longan sweet soup, as well as add toppings like honey red bean barley, handmade small balls, and fried tofu skin.

“Little Egg 101 Studio” serves dishes in the form of an oil painting palette, with the colors on the palette being a 61% French chocolate mixed with Sichuan pepper and peppercorn to create a spicy chocolate sauce, as well as the restaurant’s homemade mixed berry jam, lemon sauce, sea salt caramel, etc. This little egg waffle has an extra savory flavor compared to regular ones, and is made with a triple cheese flavor of Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan to balance out the sweetness of the sauces.

Desserts also include a waffle-shaped “Spicy Chocolate Waffle”, with a soft and fluffy texture paired with spicy chocolate sauce, sea salt cheese foam, and crispy chocolate Italian gelato, full of flavor layers. There are also snacks such as “Masala Curry Fish Balls with Handmade Pancakes”, “Buffalo Fried Chicken Cartilage”, as well as Hong Kong-style desserts like “Freshly Ground Walnut Soup”, and “Tofu Pudding with Sesame Paste”, offering a diverse selection.

The “Coffee Double Skin Milk Pudding” mixes egg whites, milk, and cream, steams and bakes them, then serves them with a scoop of vanilla Italian gelato, homemade orange sauce, and oat crisps. When eaten with Baileys Irish Cream, it is full of coffee aroma!
