agnès b. CAFÉ at K11 Art Mall has launched a new menu this autumn, with 13 new dishes ranging from appetizers, main courses to desserts.
In the “All-Day Breakfast,” the toast is replaced with flaxseed croissant, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans in tomato sauce, tomatoes, and roasted portobello mushrooms, while the vegetable salad features superfood kale.
The main course “Pan-fried French sole fish” is slowly pan-fried with butter over medium heat until the fish skin is thin, crispy, and fragrant, served with roasted sweet potatoes, tender asparagus, long-stem broccoli, corn kernels, and other fresh side dishes. There is also the “Mussels cooked in French white wine cream sauce with crispy fries”, the “Tomato and shrimp spaghetti with local fresh tomatoes and Roma tomatoes”, and the “Spicy clam flat spaghetti cooked sous-vide at 68 degrees”.
In addition to seafood dishes, there are also herb-flavored “French spring chicken” and “tender roasted lamb rack with gravy” with a crispy surface and tender meat. For vegetarians, there is “avocado, kale, fig, and quinoa salad” with three superfoods, dressed with homemade extra virgin olive oil and fresh orange juice vinaigrette, refreshing and sweet and sour.
French desserts include “Italian cheesecake,” each serving comes with a cup of rich espresso, which can be adjusted to your preferred coffee strength, and eaten with Lady Finger biscuits. The konjac in the “vegan mixed berry yuzu konjac” is made with yuzu peel and yuzu flesh, without dairy or eggs, combined with fresh mixed berries for a refreshing and tangy taste.
