Sai Ying Pun café New Keto/Vegetarian Dishes! Keto Ice Cream Cinnamon Roll/Black Sesame Toast/Keto All-Day Breakfast

Infiniti C, themed with gluten-free, keto, and vegetarian options, has just launched a new menu, including a variety of keto and vegetarian dishes. In addition to adhering to the principles of keto, low-carb, and vegan diets, the exquisite presentation is also perfect for social media check-ins. With ample natural light at the corner table in the Sai Ying Pun store, it is the ideal spot for check-ins.

The new menu section collaborates with online recipe writer Lokyi, whose recipes have been featured on the cover of American food magazine THRIVE Magazine. This collaboration includes Lokyi’s black sesame bread, which is a gluten-free, keto-friendly, and vegan bread that still achieves a soft texture. Infiniti C uses the black sesame bread to make toast and burgers.

“Build Your Own Toast” (Starting from HK$98/2 slices) Choose between black sesame or regular sourdough toast, with a variety of toppings available, including “Turmeric Stir-Fried Tofu (Vegan and Low Carb),” “Avocado Flower with Fried Egg (Gluten-Free and Keto),” “Smoked Salmon with Grass-Fed Cream Cheese Sauce (Gluten-Free and Keto),” “Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffle Sauce (Gluten-Free and Keto),” “Cherry Tomatoes and Feta Cheese (Gluten-Free and Keto),” “Mixed Berries and Greek Yogurt (Gluten-Free and Keto),” “Homemade Nut Butter and Homemade Strawberry Jam (Gluten-Free, Keto, and Vegan).”

“Korean Spicy Scallop Black Sesame Burger with Sweet Potato Fries (Vegan)” (HK$138) made with black sesame bread, filled with Korean spicy sauce seasoned scallops, lettuce, tomato, served with sweet potato fries, a very rich combination.

The new all-day breakfast menu is more attractive than ever, with the keto-friendly “All-Day Breakfast” (HK$138) featuring slow-cooked chicken breast, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, scrambled eggs, salad greens, and homemade egg white toast and black sesame toast. The vegan “Vegetarian All-Day Breakfast” (HK$138) includes teriyaki tofu, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and black sesame toast.

Another collaborative dish is the “Buckwheat Soy Milk Pancake with Kimchi” (HK$108), made with buckwheat flour and unsweetened soy milk, the slightly spicy taste of kimchi is very appetizing. In addition to the main course category suitable for keto, such as salmon and slow-cooked chicken breast, a must-try is the “Slow-cooked Australian Beef Tenderloin with Chicken Thigh Mushroom Noodles” (HK$188), where the chicken thigh mushrooms are shredded and stir-fried with sesame oil, resulting in a dry and crispy texture with a rich flavor.

The final dessert category includes “Keto Cinnamon Roll with Ice Cream” (HK$68), all homemade baked goods, with a gluten-free cinnamon roll achieving a soft texture, accompanied by sugar-free keto vanilla ice cream, guilt-free after eating.
