Italian fine dining restaurant GIACOMO, celebrating its first anniversary, will be offering a five-course tasting menu curated by a Michelin-starred chef from August 12th to 21st.
The first dish “Scallop with Black Truffle and Citrus” uses truffle oil to stir-fry Hokkaido scallops, then marinated and added with black truffle and citrus sauce, refreshing taste.
There are also two dishes full of flavors from the southern coast of Italy, including steamed and then pan-fried blue lobster, and the “French blue lobster with mini eggplant”, as well as “Spanish red prawns with handmade Italian string pasta”, with the noodles coated in a sauce made from Sicilian ripe sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
As for the main course “Roasted Colorado Lamb with Bamboo Shoot Puree and Lamb Jus,” the seared flavor is sweet and fragrant, and drizzled with a sauce made of sun-dried tomato paste, adding flavor.
Finally, there is a dessert “Chocolate Hazelnut Italian Gelato”, with layers of Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate custard, nut sugar, cardamom Chantilly cream, paired with hazelnut sugar gelato, chocolate wafer, chocolate crumbs, bringing multiple textures.
