When Dominique Ansel Bakery opens its flagship store in Central, don’t miss the limited-time cotton candy ice cream!

After opening the first bakery in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, and a pop-up store in ifc, Central last year, Dominique Ansel Bakery has recently opened its flagship store in H Queen’s in Central. The new store not only covers an area of over 3,000 square feet, but also has its own kitchen, baking fresh bread and pastries daily!

The flagship store’s interior design echoes the minimalist aesthetics of desserts, with a large glass wall hanging a 3-meter-high orange water drop installation, reminiscent of the molten shape of desserts. The 35-meter-long curved light strip also resembles chocolate or pink paste sprinkled on desserts, while some walls inside the store mimic sliced ​​cake points.

The brand has specially launched a variety of new items for the opening of the flagship store, including the must-try “Toasted Cotton Candy Ice Cream” from Dominique Ansel Bakery’s flagship store in New York! In the middle is a cool homemade vanilla ice cream, wrapped in a layer of dark chocolate crispy skin mixed with chocolate chips, and the outer layer is freshly made honey cotton candy that is burnt on order, bringing a multi-layered frozen, crispy, and soft texture. This toasted cotton candy ice cream is only available at the H Queen’s flagship store for two weeks, and is limited in quantity daily, so seize the opportunity to try it!

The flagship store also has the “Satay Beef and Peanut Toast” full of tea restaurant flavor, using soft waffles to create a large peanut shape, wrapping Hong Kong-style satay beef as filling, and the satay sauce inside is homemade, rich with a hint of spicy fragrance!

The highlight is the newly created “Croissant Toast”, with croissant as the base, made into two unique flavors and shapes of toast, one savory and one sweet, fragrant and retaining the crispy outer layer and soft inside of the croissant.

In addition, there are also “Red Dragon Fruit Tart” with sweet and crispy tart base, “Sausage Sesame Crispy Roll” with over a hundred layers of croissant pastry wrapped around American smoked sausages, and the classic “Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich”, bringing a variety of freshly baked bread and pastries!
