XYZ introduces a new mind-body-spirit exercise experience that penetrates the senses and spirit with “yin and yang.”

Although the joyful Christmas time has quickly passed, the upcoming holidays of New Year’s Eve and Lunar New Year are just around the corner. While everyone is thinking about giving gifts and enjoying good food and wine, it’s also time to plan a fitness regimen. Recently, the well-known sports concept store XYZ in the city has launched a new sports experience, incorporating the Chinese cultural concept of “yin and yang balance” into modern exercise and fitness, creating a unique journey of physical, mental, and spiritual exploration for the public.

XYZ, known for its unique indoor cycling experience, has now integrated the concept of yin and yang balance into its sports experience design. In addition to the inherent indoor cycling experience, XYZ has also added body movement classes such as yoga and functional training, providing a channel for both dynamic and static sports experiences to help you explore yourself and achieve yin and yang balance. The all-new XYZ will be divided into two areas, “The Cave” focusing on indoor cycling experience and ” Cocoon” focusing on body movement experience. The former is for high-intensity exercise, while the latter is aimed at relaxing the body and muscles, allowing for deep rest and adjustment of the body and mind.

Regarding “The Cave,” it is currently a silent cycling space where participants, after putting on headphones, will immerse themselves in powerful music and rhythmic lighting, enhancing muscle and cardiovascular endurance through sensory experiences and adrenaline rushes to increase the power of “yang”; while “Cocoon” is constructed as a space to explore more mind-body connections, seeking inner awareness through body movements like yoga to awaken every part of the body and mind, thereby strengthening the power of “yin.” Through the experiences of “The Cave” and “Cocoon,” this complementary approach can help us observe our psychological state at the moment, release emotions, strengthen the body, and train the mind, achieving a balance of yin and yang.

In addition to existing physical classes, XYZ’s online sports platform XYZ-On Air also provides over a hundred diverse sports videos, including indoor cycling, yoga, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and more. The On-Air video library even offers more cycling training videos. Furthermore, XYZ will collaborate with the All About You Wellness Centre to launch classes focusing on mental health, such as My Trip and Mind of Movement (MOMM), allowing everyone to practice and explore a healthy lifestyle. All cycling, yoga, and MOMM classes will be led by XYZ’s professional instructors, aiming to encourage participants to adjust their body and mind, explore their inner emotional world, and rediscover their true selves in the process of physical movement.

The Art of XYZ founder Miss Belinda Koo said, “Many people forget the importance of yin and yang balance. I hope to enhance everyone’s perception of the things around them through XYZ, moving towards a state of peace and freedom.” It is worth noting that XYZ, currently located in Tai Kwun, will move to a new location in a few months. Stay tuned for updates, gentlemen interested in the courses may want to find out more.
