吃水果的迷思1:应该在饭前还是饭后吃水果?

食前吃水果:水果富含膳食纤维,在消化过程中吸收水分,膨胀成较大的体积,增加了食物在胃中的体积和重量。而且也有助于延缓胃排空的速度,使食物在胃中停留的时间更长,增加饱腹感,有助于抑制食欲。

饭后吃水果:可以增加纤维的摄取量,有助于促进肠道健康、帮助消化、维持正常的消化功能。而且可以作为甜点,满足口腹之欲,增加满足感。此外,亦可以提高脂溶性维他命如维他命 A 的吸收。

总的来说,人们可以根据个人习惯或身体状况选择在饭前或饭后吃水果,最重要的是保持均衡饮食,摄取足够的水果。

吃水果的误区2:水果应该在哪些时间吃?

吃水果的误区3:营养师建议饭前、饭后各适合吃什么水果?

飯前吃水果建議選擇高纖維、飽肚感高的水果,避免正餐因過度飢餓而進食過量水果如蘋果、香蕉。而飯後則建議進食藍莓、芒果、木瓜,這些都含有維他命 A,可以與食物中的脂肪混合增加其吸收率,而且這些水果亦有助於幫助消化,促進食物分解和吸收。

吃水果的误解之四:晚上吃水果容易导致发胖?

其实晚上吃水果不会导致发胖,发胖与摄入总热量有关,与进食时间无关。建议睡前至少2小时进食食物,让消化系统有足够的时间消化,避免出现胃酸倒流。
