The Italian restaurant La Favorita at The Sixteenth is inspired by 1960s Italian opera houses, giving it a luxurious feel. This Christmas, the restaurant offers a variety of selected dishes, including “Vitello Tonnato Della Domenica,” featuring beef with smooth tuna egg yolk sauce and Spanish capers, juicy and tender. There is also the “La Grande Burrata 300gr,” a giant buffalo cheese drizzled with top-quality extra virgin olive oil and served with Sicilian tomatoes, as well as the “Cheese Wheel Al Tartufo,” a cheese wheel pasta cooked with truffle sauce, rich and flavorful.

“The seafood lover” cannot miss the Lobster Tagliatelle, with whole fresh lobster served on top, paired with rich lobster sauce, cherry tomatoes, and basil, deliciously sweet. Finally, the dessert is the Sorrento Lemon Sorbet, served in an Amalfi lemon, topped with lemon sauce and fresh lemon zest, emitting a refreshing aroma.

Signature Japanese dishes include the Madai Truffle Kombu, featuring black truffle soy sauce, and the Wagyu Beef Tataki, served with Spanish spicy chorizo oil, assorted peppers, and roasted rice flour.

The holiday sushi platter includes hand-rolled sushi, battleships, temaki, and Scottish live oysters, as well as a variety of hot cooked and grilled dishes, including pork belly, grilled Australian barramundi, grilled salmon, and a variety of tempura dishes. For desserts, there are Japanese-style mochi and white peach, golden pear, and vinegar orange sorbet, delivering the exquisite taste of Japanese desserts.

TMK Funk & Rolls is a music-inspired hand roll bar, with its interior design inspired by the recording studios of Funk and soul music legends like James Brown and Marvin Gaye. The Christmas menu of this hand-rolled bar starts with a few appetizers, including Karaage fried chicken dipped in fragrant and spicy coriander yogurt sauce, the signature TMK cabbage salad mixed with spicy yuzu mayonnaise, and salmon or wagyu Tataki. The sushi platter is paired with fresh slices of yellowfin tuna, amberjack, salmon, or scallops, along with a variety of tempting hand rolls, allowing guests to indulge.
