最近想吃日本料理的话又多一个选择！尖沙咀早前新开主打爐端燒及 OMAKASE 的「悅火 Robatayaki Etsu」，装潢以红木色为主调并以日本京都风爐端燒餐厅为蓝本，加上半开放式榻榻米房间，充满日本地道风味。
店内有不少每日由日本直送到港的新鲜时令食材，例如有喜知次、地金目鲷、赤海胆、日本帆立贝和鲍鱼等，客人可在吧台挑选喜爱的食物，欣赏大厨于席前制作料理。午市有刺身、炉端烧串烧套餐，想吃得更丰富的话，推荐有8道菜式的悦火晚市套餐（HK$988）。
套餐前菜包括黄芥末腌制的螢光鱿鱼、磯燒花螺、汁煮鲍鱼和温室番茄伴梅子啫喱，搭配浓淡得宜。之后有以酱汁和昆布慢火炖煮的磯煮鲍鱼、刺身三点。
The set menu includes eight types of grilled food, such as caramelized Japanese greenhouse cherry tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, beef tongue, beef short ribs, black pork belly, and three yellow chicken leg meat. The sea urchin foie gras fried rice is also a must-try. The fried rice is first stir-fried with foie gras, eggs, scallions, onions, and other ingredients, then seasoned. Finally, sea urchin sauce is added to the fried rice, and daily fresh sea urchin imported from Japan is placed on top of the fried rice, giving each bite a rich flavor! Lastly, there are chewy and soft matcha daifuku, caramel matcha pudding, and chocolate mousse, ending with Japanese-style desserts.
