中环上班族有口福啦!来自日本福冈的赤身和牛烧肉店Yakiniku Ushio,最近推出全新外卖烧肉便当,选用独家由日本直送的新村和牛。
一共推出四款便当Ushio 和牛稀少部位便当($398)、和牛西冷烧寿喜便当($288)、Ushio 和牛烧肉便当($288)、澳洲和牛腹胸肉便当($238)。
The most abundant part of the rare portion is definitely the grilled shouxi, which is also a popular choice in the restaurant. The large piece of wagyu sirloin is topped with homemade soy sauce and grilled on both sides using a unique technique. When eating, dip it in Japanese raw egg yolk for a smooth and rich taste. It is a simple and classic flavor when eaten with white rice, and even when ordering takeout, it must be of high quality.
同时餐厅推介数款新菜式,依然用上和牛做主角,却做到清新的口味,前菜「轻·灼和牛配土佐醋啫喱」,以轻灼手法以保持肉质嫩滑,伴上土著左醋啫喱味道清酸开胃。
另一款「和牛铁火卷」,将生和牛配以各式配料及自家制酱油,用紫菜裹着吃,滋味纷陈有丰富层次。
