一周卖过千凤梨酥的人气店开设工作坊!与老字号饼店合作,教大家制作怀旧曲奇和纸杯蛋糕。

Popular online shops have opened a baking workshop in Kennedy Town, where you can learn to make pastries from the masters at Queen’s Bakery and Gaddona Bakery! Boulangerie Alice, which has been open for two years, has made a name for itself with its handmade pineapple cakes that combine traditional pineapple cakes and golden diamond pineapple. Using high-quality ingredients such as Japanese flour and brown sugar, each cake is rich in buttery flavor and has a crispy texture. The filling is perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, which is why they sell over a thousand cakes in a week during peak periods.

店主Alice热爱制作面包和烘培产品,更希望将烘焙技巧、传统糕饼与更多人分享,因此在堅尼地城开设Alice烘焙工作室。全新工作坊特别联同老字号饼店的师傅一同授教,包括擅长怀旧西饼、港式曲奇、曾任职皇后饼店的豪师傅,将会授教制作黄梅果酱曲奇、腰果曲奇等,而嘉多娜饼店创办人则会授教港式芒果奶油蛋糕和纸包蛋糕。

In the workshop, Alice’s handmade pineapple pastries are also available for sale, as well as another proud creation, French nut cookies. These cookies are made with almonds, cashews, and macadamia nuts, preserving their crunchy texture. The surface is sprinkled with French fleur de sel, bringing a natural and balanced salty aroma.

此外店内还有多款Alice自日本搜罗的面包饰物,耳环、发夹、月历、布料等,也将会出售日本烘焙食材,各位面包控不可错过啊!
