Check-in with a beautiful face! Japanese restaurant “Collagen Sea Bream” set meal! Plenty of sea urchin tea-infused rice / pink cold noodles / cherry blossom special drink

The Japanese restaurant Kao Kao Sushi introduces the seasonal limited edition “Cherry Blossom Flavored Ehime Collagen Snapper Set Menu” (HK$680/person), inspired by cherry blossoms, and featuring collagen-rich snapper from Ehime, Japan, with beauty benefits!

The set menu consists of 6 dishes, including the appetizer “Wakayama Mandarin Orange Western-style Sea Bream Salad,” which is refreshing and appetizing. The seasonal sashimi “Cherry Blossom Wood Smoked Toro with Sakura Sea Urchin Roll” has a light smoky flavor and a grilled texture, paired with Hokkaido sea urchin, it is full of freshness! The cold dish “Kishu Nankoume Cherry Shrimp Cold Somen” uses Kishu Nankoume plum juice as a natural coloring agent, giving the noodles a natural pink color, combined with low-temperature dried cherry shrimp, it has a cool and crispy texture!

The fish in “Salt-baked sea bream with turnip wood fish sauce” has a sweet taste, but the highlight of the set menu has to be the “Luxurious sea urchin and lobster roe sea bream white soup tea-infused rice”, not only made with white soup brewed from collagen-rich sea bream, but also topped with generous portions of Hokkaido Nemuro sea urchin, rich in flavor!

The dessert section at the end also has surprises! The “Four Dessert Platter” includes smoked cotton candy, red bean ice cream, sakura fortune cake, homemade sakura special drink, pleasing to the eye!
