Causeway Bay Hysan Place has recently undergone renovations on the B1 and B2 floors, bringing a brand new two-story space for food and trendy lifestyle. Among the tenants is the Japanese restaurant “禾日 Inebi”, which not only surprises with its flavors but also presents its dishes in an exquisite manner!

Heiri specializes in creating dishes and desserts with different types of Japanese rice as the main theme. Let’s start with the “Heiri Appetizer Trio,” which includes bamboo sesame spinach, deep-sea pond fish with yuzu soy sauce, and tuna marinated in soy sauce. They are light and appetizing. The sea urchin in the “Heiri Golden Tricolor Roll” is full of freshness!

If you like eating tuna, don’t miss out on the “Premium Rainbow Tuna Belly Sushi Martini”. It is filled with three types of tuna: bigeye, yellowfin, and akami, creating a visually stunning effect! The fatty and fragrant bigeye, the sweet and delicious akami, and the refreshing taste of the sushi rice made with Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice.

“Roasted Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef Kamameshi” uses Yuzukoshi rice from Uonuma, with grains that absorb the homemade vegetable broth and soy sauce, creating a full and fragrant flavor! Paired with rich and non-greasy, evenly marbled Japanese Wagyu beef, it is definitely a satisfying dish!
