Recently, many restaurants and food shops have introduced dishes with black truffle as the main theme. Sick! Burger, a handmade burger shop, brings the only freshly shaved black truffle burger in Hong Kong, made with top-quality black truffles from Périgord, France.
Sick! Burger is run by Chef Lai, who has experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, and the prices are aimed at the general public. There are many handmade burgers in the shop that offer great value for money. This limited edition “Fresh Black Truffle Beef Burger” (HK$148) features Perigord black truffle, paired with a handmade, 4-ounce Angus beef patty, homemade chicken liver sauce, black truffle sauce made with fresh truffles, spinach sprouts, and wild mushrooms. It is richly aromatic and the taste is truly memorable!
“Black truffle” and “fries” are a perfect match! Freshly fried “Fresh Black Truffle Fries” (HK$96) are drizzled with homemade truffle egg yolk sauce, topped with freshly shaved Perigord black truffle, Parmesan cheese, and spring onions, creating a rich and flavorful taste! In addition to the black truffle delicacies, Sick! Burger also offers “French Onion Soup” (HK$35), served with homemade French toast croutons, crispy and fragrant.

It is fried until golden brown and then topped with black sugar syrup, fresh cream, and ice cream. The portion is generous and irresistibly sinful!
The milkshake series at the Causeway Bay store also adds a new member, “Fraise! Sick” (HK$58), made with homemade basil syrup, Greek yogurt, and strawberry ice cream, making it sweet and rich in layers.
