The recently opened AIRSIDE at Kai Tak has attracted a number of restaurants, including AIRSIDE Café, which is located in the mall atrium and specializes in modern cuisine.
The interior of the store feels open and spacious, and through the open kitchen design, you can see the process of preparing the dishes. The menu includes a range of seasonal seafood options. If you want to have a rich meal, you can choose the “Seafood Platter”, which includes fresh oysters, prawns, scallops, simmered abalone, salmon roe, and lobster chawanmushi. It is served with chickpea miso and yuzu pepper vinegar to enhance the freshness!

In addition, there are also seafood dishes such as “Boston Lobster with Kombu Seaweed Butter and French Shallots”, crispy “Fried Cream Oyster Cakes”, “Crab Meat Hand-Rolled Pasta”, “Grilled Seasonal Fish”, and “Grilled Octopus”. For meat lovers, you can try the “Wagyu Tataki”, which uses Australian M8 Wagyu mixed with Mexican chili and miso, served with crispy tofu chips, adding a crunchy layer to the tender tataki!
If you still have room, you can go to the neighboring café, AIRSIDE Pâtisserie, to enjoy desserts. The shop is decorated in pure white and pink, giving off an elegant vibe. They offer a variety of freshly made cakes, including delicate mini pastries like “Blackcurrant Soft Cheesecake” and “Passion Fruit Chocolate Mousse,” as well as whole cakes in 8-inch sizes such as “Black Forest Cake,” “Chestnut Cake,” and “Raspberry Mousse Cake.” They have a wide selection of styles!
