Hong Kong’s first fruit spirit-themed bar! Cocktails made with fruit-infused spirits/each drink comes with a side of “water of life”.

The new bar Orchard in Central brings many new concepts. First of all, it focuses on fruit spirits, which are fruit-infused liquors. The walls of the bar are filled with colorful bottles of various types of liquor, making it the most fitting interior design. Here, you can enjoy the visual pleasure of watching the mixologist create cocktails.

Most people think that using fruits to make cocktails results in a sweet taste, but using spirits as the base actually adds layers to the flavor. The alcohol taste remains strong but with a clear and sweet aftertaste. Of course, each cocktail uses different spirits and fruits for a unique flavor and impact, in order to help customers better understand the taste of fruit-infused spirits themselves.

Each cocktail will also be served with a small glass of liquor, which the bartender calls “water of life,” injecting the source of life into the cocktail!

The cocktail styles include classic cocktails that use distilled spirits, as well as a series of “Orchard’s Specials” ($125 per glass) created by the mixologist. Tropical Punch has flavors of strawberry, pink pomegranate, pineapple, and other tropical flavors, while Bliss has rum as the base, with pandan and citrus flavors, and is very sweet.

Normandy Highball brings a fresh apple and pear flavor, while Butter Me Up is a cognac with banana, butter, and cocoa flavors, making it interesting.
