中環这家新开的酒吧Orchard带来了许多新概念，首先以fruit spirit为主题，也就是果酿烈酒，看酒吧墙身放满一瓶瓶色彩丰富的型酒，可说是最贴题的室内设计，在这里欣赏调酒师制作鸡尾酒也是视觉享受。
一般人认为以水果酿制的味道偏甜，但以烈酒作基调其实令味道更丰富层次，酒味依然浓烈却有清甜幽淡余韵。当然每款鸡尾酒用不同烈酒、水果调配，带来的风味、冲击也不一样，为了让客人更了解水果酿制烈酒本身的味道。
每一款鸡尾酒也会奉上一小杯烈酒，调酒师称之为「生命之水」，系为鸡尾饮注入生命嘅泉源！
The cocktail styles include classic cocktails that use fruit-infused spirits, as well as a series of “Orchard’s Specials” ($125 per glass) created by the mixologist. The Tropical Punch has flavors of strawberry, pink pomegranate, pineapple, and other tropical fruits, while the Bliss is based on rum and blended with pandan and citrus fruits, resulting in a refreshing sweetness.
Normandy Highball以苹果和梨带来清新香味，Butter Me Up是干邑加香蕉，还有牛油和可可调味，味道有趣。
