The minimalist and refreshing interior design exudes a sense of Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetics, with a combination of gray and apricot colors, wooden furniture, and green plants. The whole atmosphere feels rejuvenated and truly unique!
New restaurants are no longer about all-you-can-eat, but are taking a high-end route, focusing on set menus. The must-try at Bull Demon King is the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu set menu ($689 per person), with a choice of 4 soup bases: bonito, tomato soy milk, red snapper, and sukiyaki. We recommend using the bonito soup base served in a paper hot pot, which is not only delicious and beautiful, but also helps absorb oil and impurities.
The hot pot set with 8 dishes is abundant in portion. To start off, there are four seasonal appetizers, including simmered abalone, seared sea urchin scallop, wagyu tartare with pickled tomatoes. As for the hot pot, there is tender and juicy Australian wagyu tongue, Kagoshima wagyu lean meat with sea urchin, and A5 wagyu sirloin. The wagyu sirloin is tender and melts in your mouth.
Those who love eating vegetables will be extremely happy to see a bountiful vegetable platter. Choose from a variety of locally sourced organic mushrooms and hydroponic vegetables, ensuring a balanced and nutritious meal! The set menu also includes seared wagyu sushi, mixed rice, and dessert, so even if you’re not an all-you-can-eat person, you’ll still be satisfied.
In addition to the Wagyu set meal, the restaurant also offers a seafood hot pot set meal ($689 per person) with a selection of fresh seafood directly imported from Japan. For lunch, there is also a set meal with one serving of Kagoshima lean beef ($179 per person).
