The shiny caramel layer is elegantly shaped, and it is already very tempting without any excessive decorations! The two layers of mousse are caramel and chocolate flavors. Surprisingly, the caramel is not as sweet as imagined, and the chocolate mousse has a particularly smooth texture. The bottom layer of thin chocolate sponge cake is moist and soft. Each layer has its own texture, and the taste is very balanced.
