Seasonal dishes at a modern Spanish restaurant in Central! Spanish oysters/Wagyu beef tail with freshly shaved truffle slices/A variety of classic Tapas

Chueca, a new-style Spanish restaurant in Central, has recently launched a limited-time autumn set menu, where you can taste 5 authentic Spanish dishes, including “Spanish oysters” with pumpkin puree and saffron honey vinegar, “Pan-seared pig trotter terrine” with roasted red pepper nut sauce and mini lettuce salad, and “Vegan Spanish spinach roll” sprinkled with Manchego cheese and served with truffle white sauce.

The main course includes “Pan-Seared Foie Gras” with fresh figs and Oloroso sherry, while another option, “Wagyu Beef Oxtail,” is served with seasonal root vegetables and freshly shaved truffle. For dessert, there is “Coconut and Mixed Berries” for a sweet and tangy flavor. If you feel like having a drink, you can pair it with seasonal handcrafted cocktails, including “Pisco Cinnamon Cherry” and “Infused Tequila Pumpkin.”

In addition, the restaurant has recently launched a commemorative set menu to celebrate its one-year anniversary, which includes a variety of classic Tapas, such as “Chef’s Potato Salad” made with smooth mashed potatoes, tuna, and salmon roe marinated in sherry, as well as “Tuna Tata with Avocado Puree,” “Spanish Ham Croquettes,” and “Fried Spanish Peppers.”

“Spanish Seafood Paella” is the main dish highlight, with squid and lobster broth cooked into the paella, paired with Spanish red shrimp for a rich and flavorful taste. Finally, served with homemade “Spanish Caramel Flan” and “Basque Cheesecake” for dessert.
